1) What is Banjo Health?
Banjo Health is on a mission to make prior authorizations painless. We serve health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and other managed care organizations by providing AI-powered solutions for prior authorization criteria operationalization in addition to prior authorization management and review. We use Generative AI, NLP, and ML to reduce the burden by up to 95% – ensuring that members have timely access to appropriate care.
2) What are you excited about for the next 12 months?
We are excited to grow our client base and expand our service model. Through our Composer platform, we will be able to serve additional markets by creating increased transparency around the applicable rule set. We anticipate that we will grow our coverage from 15 million lives to 100 million – which will enable us to further reduce the burden of PAs.
3) What have you enjoyed about working with Tau?
The entire Tau team has been a delight to work with. Amit, Sanjay, Sonal, and Sharon have been valuable in providing market and operational insights.
